Change chat Invitation notification


1.  Can we change the details displayed in the Chat invitation toast notification?

     For example we want to remove the subject field from it (Refer Screen shot)

2. Can we change the behaviour on inactive chats so that they auto close after 5 minutes of inactivity from the service-user?
