Regarding ownership transer

How to trigger the ownership transfer from OEM to customer for Serial Controlled, Install base item which has service contract as well

Hello All,

    My customer creates Back to back orders, drop ship orders and standard fulfill from stock orders. Their products are serial controlled and tracked in Install Base. They also sell subscription items and software orders with service contracts.

    Please let me know how Order Management cloud supports Ownership transfer of the assets. Does customer acceptance trigger the ownership transfer or some other process?
