We want to utilize Service Request for different purposes and for each purpose will be a specific support group to process the SRs. We are planning to employ custom Record Type (ex. Sales, Products, Service Orders, Service Requests). There will be specific SR Categories for each record type. We want the specific support group to only see the SR Category values for their group.
Is it possible to control the visibility of the values of the SR Category based on the Record Type? How?
