We use answers to web-serve files and use this URL format: ###.custhelp.com/ci/fattach/get/135947

This forces the user to download the attachment.  We'd prefer to "web-serve" the attachment - but don't know the URL format.
I know that I can upload attachments to the customer portal assets and use this format:   infohub.custhelp.com/euf/assets/files/00CECPSupportServicesOverview.pdf  - but that isn't intuitive for ongoing maintenance as we like using the file attachments explorer.

Can you provide a better URL that will access the file attachments in the explorer in a webserved format rather than forcing the user to download the attachment?
