PTA for Customer Portal Login

Tried Creating the PTA String and hit the URL but still stuck on the Login Page.

Hi All,

I did the PTA Configurations like mentioned in the Document attached in this community post:

Also went through the documentation of PTA, then I created the PTA String without password but the Secret key, email, name, userid and all these parameters. Encoded that to base64 and hit the url:

"https://site.custhelp.com/ci/pta/login/redirect/home/p_li/<base64 string>"

But I still get to the Login page again.
