item issue was charged to a wrong project account

Need to update the project account when an item issue was charged to a wrong project account


Our customer has the issue above.  I looked for a transaction to do this, but it is not available in the menus for the inventory users that can attach a project to an inventory transaction.  I can do an inventory issue to a project, but how do I reverse it?

If you have script or even a user name with the right privileges it would be much appreciated
