Hi All,

I knew Incident & Queues are tightly 1:1 relation but is there any we can assign one incident to multiple queues.

We have two business units and we want give them feature that any one can pick the incident from their own queues. we dont want share same queue with both business units. 

If this approach not possible through queue concept, is there any alternate way to achieve it
