Summary

We have moderators that we assign incidents to. The incident tooltip displays personal information for the contact who created the incident which we do not wish to have displayed

Content

We have created a profile for moderators to assist resolve incidents, but as these are not full time employees, we do not want them to see any of the details (name, email etc.) for the contact that logged the incident. They just see the information entered for the incident.  We have worked with an Oracle partner to develop an add-in which limits what the moderator user can view.

However, we have recently noticed that if the moderator hovers over an incident shown under Recent items or if they hover over the tab heading for an incident they have open, then details of the contact who created the incident are visible (name, email).

Howdy, Stranger!
