We have a situation where the end user is emailing a specific person, but is then CCing one of our OSvC Techmail addresses as well.

i.e.

To: [email protected]

CC: [email protected]

Is it possible to configure either the mailboxes or the business rules to prevent creation of an incident when this occurs?

I think it's probably not possible, but though I'd ask in case anyone has any ideas!
