Twitter and Google widget errors

I am in the process of upgrading/converting to Framework 3.8 and am getting these errors only when an end user is logged in.

• Widget Error: standard/login/OpenLogin - Both of the TWITTER_OAUTH_APP_ID and TWITTER_OAUTH_APP_SECRET configuration settings must be specified.
• Widget Error: standard/login/OpenLogin - Both of the GOOGLE_OAUTH_APP_ID and GOOGLE_OAUTH_APP_SECRET configuration settings must be specified.

I was able to correct when an end user is not logged in.

Any help would be appreciated.
