Agents can't easily see screenshots sent in from emails


We are set up that the majority of incidents are created from emails that our employees send us.

Our agents all use the .NET interface.

We always have issues when an employee copies a screen shot into the body of the email.   It comes into OSC, but is very difficult to read because it is usually bigger than the window in the .NET interface,   They can use the slider bars, but are asking if there is something different they can do.

They asked if screen shot like this can be converted to attachments, and I'm pretty sure that can't be done.
