Hi.  I need help.  Within the incident we have a tab that included a web browser to fill out then it generates text so that the Helpdesk can copy and paste data into another application to submit defects.  

within the browser, I added buttons to load the different forms.  outside of oracle, the buttons load the new webpage after clickin the button.

But within incident, the buttons are dead, non responsive.

Does anyone have any idea how to get these to load so that diff forms can be filled out within the same tab?
