Hi All,

We have a situation where agent sends response to different users, we are looking for a feature like Reply All in Outlook where agent add CC contact once and all user start getting emails in every response.

Currently when response send to customer agent has to add CC contacts manually and agents has to repeat same steps again and again, this very annoying.

if OSvC has any feature like this then please suggest me how to enable it.
