In PDH can we set the Item Revision automatically when Item go through changes using Change Order

Content

Whenever there is any changes item attributes, system validate and changes will go through the change order process for approval.
When Change order is created for item changes. Can we set the Item Revision automatically. for eg. Say Current Revision is 0, New Revision should be set to 1.
