Save after addRecordSavingListener event fails

I'm using an addin to stop a save of the incident, attach files and then trying to save again, but this is generating an error in commitWorkGroup.
after a chat conversation I try to save the incident, which activates the addin that cancels the save and attaches the image found on the thread, after attaching the image I try to send the save and close command and the error happens.

I identified an error in the console log, is showing the message: SQL Error: Column 'content_type' cannot be null, but in the attachmentContext.attachFromUrl only the name and the URL need to be sent.
