The ADFDI loaders such as the ones below all rely on macros being enabled in Excel via File>options>Trust Centre>Trust Centre Settings>Macros :

- The QuickInvoice template

- PayablesPaymentRequestImportTemplate

Oracle need to realise that in some organizations, this setting is not allowed for security concerns - macros have to be disabled.

It is extremely important that Oracle provide one of the following solutions to make this solution fit for all organizations :

- Either provide an approach that is not reliant on macros having to be enabled 

- Or quite simply provide a digital signature for all your macros. This options would seem the most sensible and I am very surprised why Oracle do not provide a digital signature for the macros.
