When an Entity is bought by another entity, the holding purchases the accumulated value of that entity, not just the periodic value of its income. FCCS uses the assumption of it acquires retained earnings (the OBOC adjustment). 

For Grupo Bimbo is not correct the data exposition on Income Statement, because all accounts regarding this purchase of a company are not correct YTD.

To have an adjustment in one account (FCCS_REC OBFXCTA) is not useful, customer needs the detail for all flow acounts.
