The Gartner Critical Capabilities report highlights that Oracle is the only vendor that has both deep marketing and CX/CRM functionality, and native data aggregation. Oracle Eloqua was recognized for enterprise scalability and deep lead management functionality with new advanced intelligence capabilities.
