Support / Customers,

There were a couple of recent queries / bug on why the Requisition approvals did not follow through the complete path of the pre-designated approval hierarchy.

Details:

There were 4 approval group based routings in sequence in this specific case. But what the customer observed is that as soon as the first approver completes the approval, the entire requisition went into status: Approved.

What the customer wanted was for the approval to be routed to the next set of approvers using the next approval group configuration.
