Dynamic Menu field displayed id's instead of name field( lookup)

Hi All 

We are using latest version(20 D) of Oracle Service Cloud. and we created an Object (Product group ) and made it as dynamic menu and added in Incident object as a menu field and changed Name field as a Lookup name .

In Incident workspace/ Workspace rules,  Product group menu field value displayed as a id instead of Name.

In Rest API URL lookup displayed as name field.  . 

Same way other objects  like Product and Program versions etc. changed as Dynamic menu and  working as expected.

Is it's product issue or missed anything.
