Need Query to Identify current pending approver for Supplier Registration in SQM

Supplier Registration Request Approval - need to report pending approver(s) in approval flow

When a supplier registration request is submitted for approval, an approver may overlook the approval action and the approval flow doesn't progress.  This request is to  create a report that lists the pending approver(s) for approval flows that have not yet completed.    Is this data available in OTBI subject area?  If so which one?  If not what tables should we include in a data model query?
