How do I hide "No results" message (ResultsInfo widget) when topic words appear in search results?

We have a few scenarios where there are no results after an end user has searched but there are topic word answers appearing. We want to be able to hide the "No Results" when this happens. Does anybody know how we can do this?  Please see the attached screenshot.
