Use case scenario:

Open the external link from workspace ribbon based on the field value.

Context:

This post is targeted for extension developers who are looking for reference to implement workspace ribbon button.

This extension is built with an intension to have a workspace ribbon button to open different external app links using a field value based on which this extension is configured.

Installing the extension in workspace:

Steps are as follows.

   1      Create new Agent Browser UI Extension from the Add-in manager

   2       Download the extension "OpenURL.zip" folder and name the extension as  "OpenURL"

   3       Set the Extension type to “Workspace”
