Dear Folks, 

In the console when we attach some files to an incident, all the attachments are visible right away in the incident in the CP pages. Below you have an example 201215-000222:
 
For example , I have attached 2 files to the incident and saved it:

Then I look at the incident in the CP page (I have not send mail with the attachment only saved the incident) and both files are visible.
 
I have found out that it is possible to mark the files with Private in Properties for the files:
 
As I see it is a workaround but not a sustainable solution, since most of my employees and other users will forget to set the files to private. Some of the files can contain sensitive data which must not be visible for our dealers, due to GDPR.
