When you use the "Clone Snapshot" to copy an application from one instance to another, this option allows the "Target URL" to be the same value as the environment you are cloning from (the source). It would be helpful to display an error/warning message to inform when the Target is the same as the Source to reduce the risk of copy/paste issues causing admins to recreate the environment they are attempting to use as the source for the clone.
