Generation of customer account profile report

Hi,

We have a requirement of generating a report of the customer account profile history.
In which we are unable to find few columns from the tables "hz_customer_profiles_f", "HZ_CUST_PROFILE_AMTS_F",
"RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL", "RA_BILL_PLAN_ALL". The following are the columns we couldn't find.
1.Generate Bill(Indicates if balance forward bill is generated and sent to customer)
2.Charge Reductions
3.Assess Late Charges Once
4.Minimum Late Charge per Invoice
5.Maximum Late Charge per Invoice
6.Interest Charge Type
7.Interest Charge Amount
8.Interest Charge Schedule
9.Payment terms
Please help me in finding the above columns
