Add New Button is disappeared in Asset /Contacts workspaces under Incident tab , so unable to create incidents.

Hi All

Couple days we are facing stranger things in Agent Web Brower , In Asset/ Contact Workspace under Incidents tab, Add New , button is disappeared and  other buttons like Open etc. greyed out and unable to selects when parallel open multiple Assets/Contracts details in Agent Web Browser. So we are unable to create new incidents through Asset /Contacts workspaces under Incident tab.

I have cross checked both Standard and Custom workspaces and Reports. Only Standard Objects like Contracts/Assets records are not available in reports Add New button is disappeared and other buttons are greyed out.
