So this is probaly a really silly or stupid question...

In the .Net console agents can switch between RTF (plain text) and HTML on each incident.

But, is that an option in the Browser UI?

My first thought was "No" as it's a browser with HTML and all.. but the more I thought about it, the more confused I got.

I tried going through documentation but I can't seem to find a definitive answer if it's possible.

Anyone who knows? And if so, where/how can agent change it?
