Hi,

Has anyone managed to deliver a multi-page form using Customer Portal and if so, are there any good examples of this?

Currently, without OPA, I’d suggest that most data capture forms for CP to create an incident would be customised copies of the standard AAQ page. I know that this can have dynamic widgets to route people through answers but this all still needs to be on the same page so for longer forms this isn’t a great CX/UX.

I understand that CP will be available through Visual Builder at some point but I’m still not sure if this will resolve this issue.
