ProductCategorySearchFilter widget not filtering correct values

Hello All,

We have used search/ProductCategorySearchFilter for product and Category to filter and shows the result in grid.

We made one category not visible in customer portal, that category not shows in the dropdown list but when we filter the result it give all category incidents which is not visible in customer portal.

can anyone give me where we have to restrict?
