Hi All,

We are setting up SSO for the customer login, for that we have completed the below steps and needed help on further steps to complete the setup.

1. we have imported the metadata file in single-sign on configurations

2. Added SSO thumbprint for SAML_20_SIGN_CERTS in configuration settings.

3. In Certification section imported the SSO certificate which we got regarding pingID server.

Now we would like to know what is the next step to follow in order to complete the SSO configuration, please help me on this to complete the remaining steps.

Note: whenever we are trying to login, getting this error page, can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue. Please see the attachment.
