Hi Everyone! 

The City of Virginia Beach recently made the transition to using the EPM platform to produce our annual budget. As with the implementation of any new software, we have had some growing pains, but things are definitely looking up! 

We are looking to benchmark and compare our use of the system with other localities. Are there any other local government users on here? If so, we would love to connect with you! Some of the things we are interested to know is whether you let departmental users into your budget system to make changes, whether you used the "out of the box" system or whether you went with a custom system, and what your overall budget process looks like with this system.
