As part of one of the analysis, I am trying to extract current and historical data from Oracle Engagement Cloud (EC) backend table and load it into ADW using ODI.
For Example: SVC_SERVICE_REQUEST(Latest Record) and SVC_SERVICE_REQUEST_(Historical Data) 

Is there a way to access the EC backend table directly in ODI? If not, what other options do we have to complete the above ask. Please guide me on this. 

Note: Able to understand that the VO corresponding to service request is "CrmAnalyticsAM.ServiceRequestAM.ServiceRequestAnalyticsPVO", which only holds the latest records for SRs. Is there a VO available to holds the historical data for SRs in EC ?
