Unable to launch Extension Development Assistant

Hi all,

Just getting into BUI development after years of .Net work - so please let me know if I'm missing something obvious. I have searched through this forum and didn't find any answers. I'm trying to use the Extension Development Assistant, however I can't seem to launch it. I checked my profile and have Configuration enabled, and my understanding is that Chrome does have service workers enabled by default. 

However, when I follow the documentation and do the following: "In the Agent Browser UI, click the Username icon at the top right corner, then select Extension Development Assistant
