I have received the below request and wondering if this is even possible with configurations, guided assistance or workflow? I've looked at workspaces and don't see there is a configuration to do this.

1.) RNT Message Tab -> Add -> Response -> Response By Please make only 2 response types visible;  Direct Access and By Email

2.) Set Response type to Null, and make mandatory upon any Response from analyst to client -- This will help in our effort to get accurate data about our response types. It will force analysts to choose the correct response type. Currently they almost always use the default, which is email. Thus our data is not accurate.
