Hi All,

We want to add all the contacts, which are in the CC and To field  as a secondary/Linked contact for that incident. we have extracted the emails from the To and CC  in the custom fields. Now we want to associated those email as the secondary contacts.

Are there any scripts available to achieve this or any documentation that will help us to achieve this?
