Match Type Import Error

Hi. I am trying to Import a Match Type but am receiving the following error - Validation error, Please select data source attributes. I have looked at the zip file and all necessary files are there including the Data Source Attributes. Has anyone come across this error or know how to troubleshoot it? I have previously imported Match Type a couple of months back and was able to successfully import it so I'm not sure why I'm getting this error now.
