Dear All,

Need help in Transactional Survey configuration.

We are using Business Rule to Send the Transactional Survey when Incident is solved and it sends email to the Primary contact. Now we want to send a reminder email to the contact every week until survey is completed.

Is there an option or configuration setting to send reminders to Transactional Survey?

Workaround: We somehow managed to send email to Primary Contact using 'Send Email to Sender' action in Business rules for every week. But the email recipients are like this -- To: Incident->PrimaryContact and CC: Incident->OtherContacts[].

But we don't want to include OtherContacts[] in CC.
