Weird Subject Area names appearing when using saved column feature

When we are trying to use ‘saved columns’ we are observing weird subject area name folders in the catalog navigation. We are not able to identify in which folder we wanted to save. Ideally, the folder name should have shown with the real subject area name. Looks like this is happening only with the custom subject area but not with standard SA’s. Any pointers on this would be greatly appreciated.
