New to Dashboarding - some basic questions

Hi.  I'm trying to create some dashboards and have a few questions for things I'm trying to do.  Not sure if they're even possible...but here we go:

1)  Is there any way to change the dots on a scattergram so they are all uniform?

2)  If I wanted to change the color of the various points on a scattergram based on a variable (e.g NA points all yellow, Europe all red, and Asia all black), is this possible?

3)  My Y axis and X axis are formatted differently.  The X axis brings numbers in as thousands, and Y as millions...how do I change that?
