Hi All.

we have  business requirement regarding email functionality in CRM.

Business wants to allow users to take inbound and outbound emails, we need to turn on the email functionality, and also wants the email to be attached to the opportunity associated with the customer email. They want to stop using lotus notes for emails associated  with a CRM opportunity and want to email within the opportunity itself.

Can anyone confirm, is it possible to implement email functionality in opportunity object?

If yes, please provide your suggestions on how to implement this in CRM.

Any information is helpful for me to move forward.
