Feasibility to have filter options in Pending worker page to filter based on Recruiting Type

We have high volume hiring which demands us to filter the pending worker based on Recruiting type.

However, we are not having any filters in pending worker page.

Is it feasible to have filter options in Pending worker page to filter based on Recruiting Type.

Please advise with your experience.
