Hi,
We have an incident workspace where on clicking the rich text editor > options the Pop up is not showing options to Show CC/BCC . Attached is the screenshot.
Issue is we cannot see CC/BCC emails in an incident in BUI while sending responses.
I have gone through the below KB Article but Show CC/BCC options are not visible to me.

Does any one has an idea how can we show CC/BCC in the responses where user can type and select the email ids.
