Integrating and distinguishing 3 account score sets in Salesforce

Currently, our DataFox is connected to Salesforce with successful bulk syncs. We currently have 1 default score set that flows to a field in Salesforce called "Account Score". I wish to publish 2 additional score criteria sets in order to apply them to different sales segments. How do I best distinguish between the 3 score criteria sets and integrate 3 different score sets in Salesforce? Do I need to create new fields in Salesforce? Also, is there a way to automate which score criteria set is applied to each user or type of account?
