UGH... Custom field cap
This is an issue that goes back decades with Service Cloud. Our site has been at the max custom field limit for years. Has there been any workarounds to expanding this? I know technically it's more about the size of the fields vs. the number but we're at 57 fields. How is that possible for a cap when other CRMs have exponentially more (we're talking thousands)?
Anyone else run into this issue and have a solution you found?
