Covid Vaccination- "Yes/No/Exempt" on person record for social workers only

Has anyone else explored this or had this raised as a requirement due to the UK legislation around "making vaccination a condition of deployment in care homes" ?
We would probably go with something like Covid Vaccination- "Yes/No/Exempt" on person record for social workers only and then report on it periodically? Probably make it the responsibility of employee with line manager checking it is there and potentially using document of record for certificates.
