Allow decimal values on the master item "Std Pack Qty" and "Std Case Qty" field.

This enhancement complements the "Handle Decimal Quantity" feature.
We have some scenarios where products need to be controlled by kg in the primary UOM and often the pack quantity is not a integer number.

This improvement together with the Idea "Allow picking to be performed in a different UOM than the UOM allocation" could open up possibilities of working with kg UOM (Fixed and variables).
