Our PROD environment for ARCS didn't get the July update. Has anyone else seen this happen before?


Hi folks,

I submitted an SR for this a few days ago but have not been contacted yet so I figured I would ask you fine people.  We have our PROD ARCS environment still on 21.06.65 even now over a week past the scheduled update.  Our test environment was updated to the July release right on time.  Have you seen this type of thing happen before?  If so how common is it?  We are fairly new to the EPM Cloud and I'm just tryingto get a better understanding of what typically goes on.
