Opening integration to edit and the fields do not consistently populate

I am noticing unusual behavior in Data Integration when opening an existing integration for editing.  Many times the fields do not populate with values, i.e. Location and Category are blank.  Closing out of the integration and reopening sometimes resolves the issue, other times a full log out of the application is needed to resolve.  Screenshot below.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I am using Chrome, have not tried other browsers.
