We are often asked by customers and support about what happens when Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting (BCEA) related configuration is turned off for Self Service Procurement after it has been turned on and used in transactions.

Here is an FAQ on various scenarios and an overview of funds reservations related impacts after BCEA is turned off:

1. Can I turn off BC and EA when there are ongoing transactions?

Ans: No. It is not recommended in the middle of the transactions. Your will see the below warning if you try to do so. (Same with Encumbrance Accounting)
